The Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee has approved an addendum to our platform in light of recent immigration enforcement activities. We believe Saratoga Springs should be a “due process city” in which all residents and visitors are afforded the protection granted to them under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, guaranteeing due process of law, ensuring fair legal procedures before the government can deprive someone of life, liberty, or property.
