The Saratoga County Board of Elections has released images of the ballot you’ll be using to vote on November 3 (or earlier, if you take advantage of early voting or mailing in an absentee ballot). Filling out the ballot as a Saratoga Springs Democrat is simple…. just select each candidate in Row A (top). Then, turn over your ballot and vote YES on the Charter Amendment.
At its August 22 meeting, the Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee overwhelmingly endorsed the City Charter Amendment that will be on the ballot this November to change the form of government in the City of Saratoga Springs to provide for a six member city council elected from wards of equal size, presided over by a Mayor elected citywide and the appointment of a professional city manager.
