The Mayor is proposing significant changes to Saratoga Springs’ Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), which the City Council is expected to vote on in the coming weeks. Because many of the proposed revisions are far-reaching, concerned residents and land-use professionals are organizing community conversations to help educate the public. At this session, land-use and design professionals will explain their concerns and break down what the nearly 50 pages of proposed edits actually mean for zoning, preservation, and the future of our city. The Mayor will be in attendance, providing a rare opportunity for residents to ask questions directly.
