After tallying absentee ballots in Saratoga County on November 10, if was clear that charter reform would not pass. SSDC Chair Sarah Burger was present for the count and indicates that the voters have spoken and it is time to move forward and focus on recruiting candidates for next year’s local election cycle, reports the Times-Union.
