Since 2014, Carrie Woerner has represented the 113th Assembly District in the New York State Assembly, including portions of Saratoga and Washington counties. A graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University and Santa Clara University, she spent 30 years in the software industry before running for the State Assembly.
John P. Franck is the seven-term Commissioner of Accounts for the City of Saratoga Spring. In his office, he acts as the City Assessor, City Clerk, Purchasing Agent, Insurance Officer, Records Management Officer, and Register of Vital Records.
