The Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee is powered by District Leaders. In New York State, District Leaders are unpaid, elected volunteer officials who represent their political party. These grassroots leaders help manage party committee activities, interview and nominate local candidates, and work to keep their district neighbors informed.
