The easiest way to check that you’re registered to vote is to visit New York State’s voter lookup tool:

Register to Vote
You can register to vote online with the State Board of Elections Online Voter Registration Portal. To do so, you will need to create a NY.Gov ID or use one you’ve previously created. Completed applications are sent to the appropriate County Board of Elections for approval and processing. You can find the portal here.
Alternatively, you may register to vote using a form that can be mailed or delivered in person to the Saratoga County Board of Elections. Choose your registration form from this link, then either complete and print the PDF, or print and hand-fill the form. Completed registration forms can be mailed or hand-delivered to:

You may also register in-person at any New York State agency-based voter registration center or at your local Department of Motor Vehicles office.
Change Your Registration
You can change your voter registration, including updating your name, address, or party enrollment, online with the State Board of Elections Online Voter Registration Portal. To do so, you will need to create a NY.Gov ID or use one you’ve previously created. You can find the portal here.
