4th District Supreme Court Judge – Robert Muller

With Judge Muller’s background as an Assistant District Attorney and many years of private practice throughout the region, he was elected Supreme Court Justice, and is seeking re-election.

Judge Muller has been an effective NY Supreme Court Judge since 2009. He presides over a very diverse 11-county district, presiding over thousands of civil cases affecting individuals from all walks of life. He understands the issues of this vast North Country area. He currently resides in Lake George, and is a proud ADK 46R.

From Judge Muller’s statement to Vote411: I am completing my 14th year as a Supreme Court Judge during which I have issued over 8000 decisions and orders, having been overturned on 10 occasions… My re-election to this position will permit me to continue to serve the citizens of the District for many more years to come. I am well known and well regarded by the legal community and the citizens of this region who have come to rely upon my in depth legal reasoning and the fairness in my numerous decisions.

The 4th Judicial District of the New York State Supreme Court includes the counties of Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, St. Lawrence, Warren, and Washington. There are 3 open positions, so you may vote for three candidates. Robert Muller is one of three candidates who were endorsed by the Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee at the judicial nominating convention in August, along with Vince Versaci and Teneka Frost.
