Absentee Ballot Application (the Board of Elections will send your Absentee Ballot upon receipt of this application). Absentee ballots, this year, have to be postmarked by Nov. 7th and must be received by Nov. 15th at the Board of Elections (military ballots have until Nov. 15th) but may be brought in in person to the Board on Nov. 8th. (see address, below).

The City has 25 Election Districts, with numerous Polling Places (some Polling Places serve multiple Districts).
